Your data will be  processed mainly with electronic tools. These  data  will be only used for  the following  purpose: to carry out your order (here are included all activities necessary to dispatch the order), to execute all administrative and fiscal duty and  to send you Newsletter.

The data controller  Tomsic s.r.l. might  be used your data for sending you advertising  e-mails and/ or advertising material of its products and services. In this case you have the right to request erasure (the formalities are described below).

Your data will be used only for above mentioned purpose by  the authorized persons to carry out your order, administration, customer service,  marketing and informatics systems.
