Tomsic is glad to introduce in the market the new Card Autoleveller option SLUB INVENTOR. The unique option that  permits you to create your SLUBS !

The Tomsic Slub Inventor offers a high choice of different operations to the operator, as follows:

• THIN length , range 0 … 500 mm, 5 mm step.
• NO SLUB length, range 0 … 995 mm, 5 mm step.
• THICK length, range 0 … 500 mm, 5 mm step.
• THIN mass, range 0 … 80%, step 1%.
• THICK mass, range 0 … 100%, steps 1%.
• RAMPS, range 0 … 995 mm, 5 mm step.

Look at the following examples and find out how many type of slubs you can create with our device:

Example 1
All parameters are used.

Example 2
NO SLUB length is not used.

Example 3
NO SLUB length and ramps are not used.

Example 4
Thin slubs are not used.

Example 5
Thick slubs are not used.

The Tomsic company is glad to introduce AutoFeeder, unwinding system for rowing spools, but includes also sliver or rowing reel functions. As an option we have the possibility to place a yarn count scale on the autofeeder case.

Thanks to the innovated design and technology, AutoFeeder allows the Tomsic evenness tester (EASY) to measure also very delicate fibers as wool, silk, linen with different blends and very fine counts.
AutoFeeder should be used in combination with EASY (Tomsic evenness tester) or alone. The very friendly keyboard permits the customer to set their requested speed quickly and easily (from 0 to 100mt/min). On the AutoFeeder is also possible to select low and high speed with just one click, and with automatic speed control the operator control is not anymore necessary.
